Established in January 2024, the School builds upon the success of its UK counterpart, which has been a multi-award-winning initiative for over 12 years. As the construction industry faces growing pressures to meet sustainability targets, the School offers an innovative solution to help companies of all sizes, particularly Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs), navigate these challenges.

Membership of the School is free, offering access to a wealth of learning resources, including e-learning modules, training workshops, webinars, and conferences. These resources cover a wide array of topics such as net-zero strategies, biodiversity, workforce wellbeing, and ethical procurement. Designed to be practical and engaging, the School’s offerings enable members to build competencies at their own pace, empowering them to make measurable improvements in environmental and social outcomes.
Impact and Growth
Since its launch, the School has rapidly grown, with over 2,000 individuals and 700 organisations engaging with its resources. With plans to expand further, including delivering 28 training sessions over the next year, the School is committed to driving the sustainability agenda in Ireland’s construction sector.
