Sarah brings over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, combining deep procedural insight with practical site knowledge and a strong command of Public Works Contracts. Sarah spent 8 years in architectural practice, honing her understanding of design process and intent before moving into tendering and contract coordination, where she now specialises as Bid Manager and Contract Coordinator at Carey Building Contractors.
Sarah holds a BA (Hons) in Architecture, as well as post graduate qualifications in Construction Law and Contract Administration, and Project Management. She is currently pursuing an MSc in Project Management, further strengthening her strategic capabilities. Her professional affiliations include membership of the Society of Construction Law and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators with whom she has collaborated on seminars and events.
Sarah also contributes at an industry level as a member of the CIF’s Procurement, Tendering and Contractual Matters Committee. Her unique perspective—bridging design, build, and compliance—positions her as a strong advocate for more effective procurement processes and smarter, fairer risk allocation in public and private sector projects.
