Sandra is Founder and CEO of inclusio. A spin-out from Dublin City University, inclusio helps companies measure, track, action and report on their people and culture. The software enables companies to set science-based targets, calculate their social sustainability, benchmark and report to regulators. Sandra is an Engineer, an Organisational Psychologist and NLP Master Practitioner. Over the past 18 years she has championed and driven diversity and culture change practice across industry and is considered a leading expert. In 2020 Sandra joined the Expert Advisory Group for Ireland’s Citizens Assembly on Gender Equality and is currently on the Leadership Advisory Council for Ireland’s Police Force.
