Niamh is a partner in the Construction Group at Arthur Cox. She advises on large scale construction projects across a number of sectors including energy, commercial and residential real estate, healthcare and pharmaceutical. Niamh regularly advises developers, funders, sponsors, contractors and public bodies on all aspects of construction law in Ireland.
Niamh trained and qualified at an international law firm in London where she worked in construction and major projects prior to joining Arthur Cox. She regularly advises on large construction and infrastructure transactions in Ireland, with a focus on transactional construction law, construction of renewable energy projects and infrastructure (including advising on large state sector contracts delivered by way of Public Private Partnerships).
