Luke has 18 years’ experience as a financial and commercial consultant and specialises in the delivery of large-scale capital projects. He is currently a Director in EY’s Government & Infrastructure Advisory Team and previously held a role as the Financial Advisor to the Department of Environment, Climate and Communications (DECC) in the UK.
Since moving to Ireland in 2014, Luke has supported the delivery of key infrastructure across Ireland in sectors such as telecommunications and ports. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant with a 1st class degree in Mathematics and Management from Loughborough University.
