Kate Rhatigan BARCH, MBA

In 2008, Kate qualified as an architect graduating from University College Dublin. She worked in Dublin, Brussels and New York as an architect on a range of projects from housing to institutional schemes, most notably the University of Greenwich School of Architecture and Construction for the University of Greenwich, London for Heneghan Peng Architects.  In 2013, Kate completed an MBA at Trinity College Dublin and following that worked for Salesforce.com as a Solution Engineer covering their UK SMB business. She now works at the family residential property development business Winterbrook, which completed housing projects recently in Westminster Wood, Foxrock and Sika Woods, Enniskerry. Currently the company is delivering 94 apartments in Dalkey, Co. Dublin. Kate has recently become a committee member for the Irish Home Builders Association.
