Karen Killoran

Karen is a highly experienced construction lawyer with a broad practice encompassing a wide range of sectors including: fit out, refurbishment & expansion contracts in the tech, pharmaceutical, agri food and leisure sectors based on employer design, EPC and construction management models, commercial and residential property development agreements and construction contracts including ancillary documentation such as bonds, collateral warranties and design team appointments and turbine supply and civil contracts including EPC contracting in the wind energy sector. Karen has also advised on dispute avoidance and dispute resolution under all forms of construction and engineering contracts including the Public Works Contracts.
