Joanne is responsible for leading and managing the HR Team to support almost 3,000 employees in over 10 different countries across Ireland, UK, and continental Europe. Joanne’s current role covers all aspects of Human Resources for the Group including Leadership Development, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Labour Relations, Employment Law Compliance, Employee Relations, Training & Development, Compensation and Performance Management.
