Gary Wright

Gary is a senior Procurement Advisor and Chartered Engineer that specialises in the delivery of complex infrastructure programmes, primarily in the road and rail sectors.
Gary co-founded specialist procurement consultancy Rowsell Wright Ltd in 2006. As a Director of Rowsell Wright he has supported the development, implementation and assurance of a range of major programme procurement strategies and plans. Gary has advised a range of public sector clients in the UK and Ireland including National Highways, Transport Infrastructure Ireland, Crossrail Limited, High Speed 2 Limited, Department for Infrastructure, Network Rail, House of Commons, Transport for London, and London Underground Limited.
Gary is currently chair of the Institution of Civil Engineers’ (ICE) Procurement Advisory Group, which informs and influences ICE and government procurement policy.
