Fiona Cormican is a recognised expert in social and affordable housing, with a track record spanning over two decades. She founded Tógáil Developments, a not-for-profit development and construction firm, and led Clúid Housing’s expansion as Chief Commercial Officer and Acting CEO, overseeing the delivery of more than 7,000 homes across Ireland.
Fiona Cormican is currently the Managing Director of FionCor Consulting Ltd., an advisory firm supporting Approved Housing Bodies and Developers in delivering social and affordable housing.
Fiona has been recognized as one of Ireland’s most influential figures in the property sector, earning a place in the Business Post‘s inaugural “Property 100” list 2025. In addition to her consultancy work, Fiona is an active contributor to public discourse on housing issues in Ireland and she advocates for collaboration and partnership between the public and private sectors to develop efficient housing delivery systems that support real delivery not just targets.
Fiona holds a BA in Education, MSc in Project Management from UL, a PMP certification, and a Chartered Director accreditation (CDir) from the Institute of Directors in Ireland.
