Eoin is a Chartered Engineer with 20+ years experience in delivering major capital projects in the public and private sector. Since 2009 Eoin has worked across the public sector in the Railway Procurement Agency, Transport Infrastructure Ireland and National Transport Authority focusing on the planning, design, procurement and delivery of all modes of public transport and National Roads infrastructure.
