Caroline Ashe Brady has been a Director for the KORE Group (Insulation & Retrofit) for nearly two-decades, devoting her professional career to developing the sustainability of Ireland’s built environment in both the new build and retrofit markets. Education and continuous learning are important to Caroline, holding a BSc in Marketing and Management from DIT, MSc in Strategic Procurement from DCU, and is a trained Passive House Consultant with the Passive House Institute. As the construction landscape evolves in Ireland, so do the opportunities for development and collaboration within the industry, which is an important goal for brand success, where Caroline mentors and sits on the boards of the Small Firms Association (SFA), the Passive House Association of Ireland, and works closely with the National Insulation Association of Ireland. She has led the company to win numerous industry awards including the SEAI Energy Awards, KPMG Property Excellence Awards and the SFA Awards. She is a well-respected leader within the construction industry, taking part in speaking engagements for industry events such as National Women’s Enterprise Day, Cavan Business Women’s Club, SEAI and SFA industry seminars, and World Quality Day, among many others. With Caroline at the helm, KORE was the first company in Ireland to achieve ISO 9001:2015, and more recently ISO 50001 Energy Management Systems, proving the company’s commitment to sustainability and progressing plans to net-zero by 2030. Under her leadership, KORE Retrofit became the first SEAI Registered One Stop Shop in Ireland, providing nationwide energy upgrade services to homeowners across the country.
