Barbara is a highly experienced learning and development leader and is passionate about supporting people to reach their full potential through engagement and lifelong learning. She has worked in HR, learning & development and quality roles in the utilities sector, hospitality and construction.
Barbara holds a BA in Anthropology from Maynooth University, MBS in HR & Project Management from the UCD, Smurfit Business School and a European Masters in Labour Studies from the University of Milan and is currently completing a Diploma in Business and Executive Coaching also from Smurfit Business School.
She is a member of the CIF Education, Training & Skills Committee, and member of the Promotion of Careers in Construction Subcommittee and is Chairperson of the Fingal Skills Strategy – Construction Subcommittee.
In addition to her professional commitments, Barbara is a mother of two, yoga instructor, basketball coach and devoted volunteer helping humanitarian aid reach war torn countries.
