An industry stalwart, Philip has represented the interests of the construction industry for more than 25 years, chairing policy committees in Ireland before becoming president of the Construction Industry Federation (CIF) in 2013. He became Vice President in charge of digitalisation at FIEC in 2015, then first Vice President of the association in 2021. Philip is owner of the Ireland-based construction business G&T Crampton.
